Sepandai-pandai tupai melompat, akhirnya jatuh ke tanah juga
Meaning / What does it mean:
“Tupai” means squirrel in Malay. This quote can be translated to “No matter how good the squirrel is at jumping, it will eventually fall onto the ground.” The quote basically cautions people against engaging in any kind of illegal activities because no matter how good one is at it, one is going to get caught one day. One can think of Bernie Madoff, the person who pulled off the biggest Ponzi scheme of all time. He was able to fool people including investigators and investors for a very long time. But he was eventually caught.
